WHO NEEDS THIS?
Anyone can use this, except perhaps those with very oily skin (who already have enough dewy in their lives). If you have combination skin, just dot this balm on your cheeks and cheekbones.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Apply a small amount of product on your hands and spread evenly across your kanvas. Use it alone or layer it under your favourite foundation for more coverage.
